One hundred six fishermen each got fuel subsidy card amounting to P3,000 from Balanga City government recently.

The subsidy is through the initiative of Mayor Francis Garcia in tie up with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

The Mayor and the Sangguniang Panlungsod led by Vice Mayor Vianca Venzon provided the subsidy to help fishermen from this city as aid given the increasing cost of diesel and gasoline.

The fuel subsidy card is honored by accredited gasoline stations in Balanga.
